I find that when I eat more slowly I become aware of my fullness after consuming less food. The sensing of being full from food is something that has quite a bit of lag to it from the time you eat.
One suggestion for weight control is to eat slowly. Bento meals, typically eaten with chopsticks, led to longer mealtimes and more chewing than fast food like pizza.

I agree, I don't think mimicking human sports with robots will ever be as interesting as using the strengths that bots have against each other like Battlebots does. Humans are good at human stuff already, and it won't be exciting to watch bots do the same stuff worse.

Once I weighed rhe cloud services Id lose vs the amount of stuff that breaks in upgrades (which I often don't realize until months later), I realized that I was losing a lot more from upgrading than not upgrading.
I stopped upgrading about 6 months ago and am very happy with the decision. I had to say goodbye to some cloud services but it's saved me a ton of time and hassle.
I'm definitely "taking it slow" on Mastadon. I think I've followed less than 10 people in the last 2 years. My feed is dead.
